I work with leaders, internationals, and others moving through meaningful change — through executive peer facilitation, one-to-one coaching, and intercultural training.
A three-phase approach: easing transitions, facilitating transformations, accelerating arrival.
Every move moves through three phases. Most people get stuck between them. My work is helping you through — with the right tool for each phase.
Leadership transitions don't happen alone. Peer groups, learning communities, structured dialogue — the trust infrastructure that makes change less lonely and more durable.
Leadership Facilitation →The inner work. Who are you now, here? What career fits this version of your life? What do you want to keep, change, become? This is where coaching does its deepest work.
Expat Coaching →The codes, contexts, and unwritten rules. How meetings work here, how feedback is given, how trust is built. The literacy that turns a foreigner into someone who belongs.
Intercultural Training →Trust-based spaces where senior leaders think out loud, gain perspective, and translate insight into action. Informed by years of facilitating executive learning for leading global communities.
Facilitated sessions for leadership teams around a defined challenge — navigating change, building trust, or working across cultures.
Action-learning sets for senior professionals navigating transition. A small, trusted group meets regularly to work on each member's real challenges — finding clarity, direction, and accountability together.
One-time facilitation for offsites, retreats, or the conversations a leadership team can't quite hold on its own.
End-to-end design and delivery of leadership programs combining facilitation, peer learning, and individual development.
Designing internal leadership communities — the kind of trust infrastructure that turns individual leaders into a connected layer.
Facilitation of leadership offsites and retreats focused on alignment, reflection, or transition through change.
One-to-one coaching for the inner work of transition — for internationals rebuilding a career abroad, and for leaders stepping into roles that ask more of them. Systemic, evidence-based, multilingual.
A real conversation. We look at where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're a fit. No pitch, no pressure.
For expats stuck at a decision point — accept the offer, change paths, stay or leave. Get unstuck in three weeks.
A structured journey from "I don't know what I want" to landing the right next role. Strategy, application, interviews, negotiation.
For leaders moving into a new country, market, or regional role. Hit the ground running — without burning out the family or the first six months.
A confidential thinking partner across the assignment. Performance, politics, cultural translation, and the things you can't say in your weekly with your manager.
The hardest part of an assignment is often the return. We work the re-entry, the next role, and what this chapter actually changed.
The codes, contexts, and unwritten rules that turn cultural difference from obstacle into edge. For individuals settling in, and for teams that work across cultures every day.
The unwritten rules of German professional life — meetings, hierarchy, feedback, email tone, the gap between Sie and du.
Build durable intercultural competence — not just for Germany, but for working across cultures wherever you go next.
For couples where one partner is foreign — the cultural patterns showing up in your relationship, at home, with family.
When an international hire joins a German team — or vice versa. Day-one cultural alignment, in both directions.
For managers leading internationally distributed or culturally mixed teams. The patterns, the pitfalls, the practices that work.
Where are cultural frictions costing your organisation time, talent, or trust? A diagnostic with concrete recommendations.

I'm a leadership facilitator, coach, and intercultural trainer based in Hamburg. I work with senior leaders, executive peer groups, and international professionals — as a thinking partner, conversation catalyst, and bridgebuilder across the transitions that matter.
For the past years I've facilitated peer learning for executive and leadership communities — including programs connected to Harvard OPM, YPO, and Endeavor Global — as a Certified Circles Guide. Before that, I led the Global Leaders Community at NetExpat, designing intercultural learning for multinational teams. Alongside this, I coach individuals in career transition — drawing on systemic coaching, the Schulz von Thun communication model, Positive Psychology, and intercultural frameworks.
The approach I bring to all of this work is the same three-phase movement — easing transitions, facilitating transformations, accelerating arrival — calibrated to where each client is, and adaptable to the format we choose together: ongoing coaching, group facilitation, intensive workshops, or — in time — retreats.
Sessions and facilitation in English, German, or Italian. Online or in person in Hamburg, with travel available.
