Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent technically necessary. Under no circumstances will the data collected be sold or passed on to third parties without legitimate reason.

3. Website Hosting

This website is hosted by Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany.

A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider to ensure the protection of your data.

4. Server Log Files

Each time the website is accessed, technically necessary information is automatically recorded and stored in server log files. This includes:

5. Contacting Me

If you contact me by email, your information (name, email address, content of the message) will be stored to process your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. I will not share this data without your consent.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).

Your enquiry will be deleted as soon as it has been finally processed, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

6. Booking via Calendly

For booking Discovery Calls and other appointments, I use the service Calendly, provided by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA.

When you book an appointment, you will be redirected to the Calendly website. The following data is collected from you there:

This data is processed by Calendly to enable you to book an appointment and to transmit the booking to me.

Data transfer to the USA: Calendly also processes personal data in the USA. Calendly LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of contract) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent through active use of the booking tool).

7. Use of Local Fonts

This website uses fonts (Fraunces and Inter) loaded directly from my server. There is no connection to external servers (in particular not to Google Fonts). No data is transferred to third parties.

8. Web Analytics (Planned)

Note: Currently no web analytics is being conducted on this website. As soon as I implement Google Analytics or a comparable service, you will be asked for your consent in advance (cookie banner). The following information applies only from the moment of activation.
